"Not the best spot for families"
I went with my kids it just didn’t feel very family-friendly. Some parts were literally confusing to figure out, the staff wasn’t much help, and it kind of felt like we were in the way the whole time. The kids got bored quickly too. I wouldn’t really recommend it for a family day out.

Using this site was annoying. I tried the chat hoping it would actually help, but it didn’t solve anything. For me, that makes the whole experience feel like a waste of time...

"I went with my kids and some..."
I went with my kids and some of the displays were really cool, so it wasn't a total miss. But the way everything was set up felt messy, and we kept ending up back in the same spots without meaning to. The signs didnt really help much either.

A few areas got crowded super fast, which made it even harder to figure out where we were supposed to go next. For what we paid, I just expected it to flow a little better. Not awful, just kinda frustrating.

"Was I the only one disappointed by this gift shop?"
I was kind of let down by the gift shop. A lot of the items felt overpriced for what they were, and the checkout staff came across as rude when I was paying. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but it didn’t feel like a very welcoming experience...

"Couldn’t Even See the Cup"
So... I paid full price expecting to see everything, but the Stanley Cup area was closed again. Disappointing, especially when that was one of the main things I came for...

"Way too much work with a screen reader"
I couldn’t get through the site using my screen reader. The menus kept jumping around, and half the buttons weren’t labeled, so I had to keep guessing what I was clicking on. It was way more effort than it should’ve been, and after about 10 minutes of fighting with it, I just gave up.

"Made a Simple Memorabilia Order Way Too Difficult"
I ordered a puck thinking it would be a straightforward purchase, but it showed up scratched and the box was crushed. I figured support would just help sort it out, but that turned into another hassle. It took days to hear back, and even then, they didn’t really do much to fix it. Something this simple shouldn’t have been this hard...

"Really disappointing experience with the staff"
I usually don’t expect people to bend over backwards or anything, and it’s not even about that. I just had a few simple questions and the staff pretty much ignored me. When I did manage to ask for help, they acted like I was bothering them. It made the whole experience feel really uncomfortable and frustrating.

"Didn’t really feel worth what we paid"
I don’t know, maybe I went in expecting too much, but for the price of the tickets it just didn’t feel like there was enough there. A few parts were fine, like not terrible or anything, but overall it felt underwhelming and then suddenly it was over. I kept thinking there would be more to it, especially for what we paid. If the tickets were way cheaper I might feel differently, but at that price I probably wouldn’t go again

"Place felt dirty and no one seemed to care"
I went in hoping it would be a decent experience, but the place just felt really dirty. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms smelled awful, and there was trash sitting around like no one was keeping up with it. What made it more frustrating was that nobody seemed to take ownership of it — staff either ignored it or acted like it wasn’t their problem. For what they charge, it was disappointing. I wouldn’t go back unless they seriously clean things up.

"Wish I hadn’t spent the money"
I kind of regret buying tickets. It was so crowded that we could barely move around, let alone enjoy anything. I kept thinking we should’ve just skipped it and saved the money

"Some neat stuff, but it felt a bit worn out"
I thought there were definitely a few cool things to see, but a lot of the exhibits felt kind of old and not very well taken care of. You walk in expecting a bit more for the price, and I left feeling like it could use some updates.
